Deposit Refund Conditions

  1. Student must make payments for rental according to contract period
    imposed by the university
  2. Student account have no overdue payment
  3. Student must present the deposit receipt to the officer
  4. If the deposit receipt was lost, student must report to the police and
    submit the notification to the Office of Residence Hall
  5. Student can have a deposit refund after 25th of the following month.
  6. To have a deposit refund by the authorized person, students must write a
    letter of authorization with photocopies of ID Card, copy of ID Card of
    student and authorized person. All photocopies must be certified as true
    copy
