Move Out Policy

  1. Student must submit the request for room changing to Office of
    Residence Hall (2nd Floor, 1st Building) at least 30 days prior to the room
    changing date and receive the Check Out Form. (student can only move
    out on 28th or 29th of the month)
  2. Checking overdue payment at Office of Accounting
  3. On the due date, students must pack all belongings and clean room
    neatly.
  4. Submit the Check Out Form to Office at Dormitory for recording water
    supply usage and electricity usage
  5. Return room key, closet key, and key card to Office at Dormitory
  6. Submit Check Out form and Room Checklist Form to Financial Office and
    make a payment. Student will receive Asset Movement Form
  7. Present receipt and moving Renew rental contract at Office of Residence
    Hall (2nd Floor, 1st Building)
  8. Receive invoice and Asset Movement Form to office at Dormitory
