Mr. Ekkachaiworawut Pollap was selected from the Thai Transplant Sport Association to be a staff and a national athlete participating in the 19th World Transplant Games 2013 to be held in South Africa from July 18 to August 4, 2013. There are 54 athletes and 6 staff representing Thailand in this event.
The 19th World Transplant Games 2013 is being hosted in South Africa in the sunny city of Durban. Recipients who have received life-saving organ transplants from more than 60 countries worldwide will compete in 14 different sports such as volleyball, golf, bowling, bicycling, swimming etc.
